Day 1: I know we’re all going through a lot right now, so this week I’m going to pop on here once a day and remind you to stop what you’re doing, take a deep breath and ask yourself how you are and what you need to go back into your day in a more mindful, healthy & happy way. It’s so important to take a moment to check-in with yourself. Especially right now!
So I’m here, as a friendly reminder to take a moment to do whatever you need to do to check-in with yourself at least once a day to see where you’re at both physically & mentally.
Your mindful tip for today is: Get outside for 5 minutes! No phone, put it away! It doesn’t matter, it can wait… five minutes of uninterrupted time to yourself outside 🌲
