I’m sure you’ve heard this one before, “Our body is our temple.” Well it’s true and we must learn how to take care of it. Yoga poses help us do just that and at the same time they teach us much about life and how to manage stress, tension, pain, depression, anxiety, illness, injury and so much more. These poses help us develop good habits, they keep us strong and healthy. They teach us discipline, patience and concentration, all of which we will need to incorporate additional techniques and to grow as an individual.
