This is literally our life force and something we do every second of our lives. It seems like something we should all have mastered from birth, but it’s not. The very thing that keeps us all alive is the very thing that we take for granted the most, and believe it or not, most of us aren’t even doing it correctly. Stress, tension, anxiety, depression and illness all affect the way we breath and the way we breathe affects our life, our health and our longevity. Breath control is what connects us to our physical body, our internal body, mind and emotions. Mastering our breath takes us a step closer to mastering our bodies and our lives.
