One-on-One sessions are beneficial for many reasons. This process can be very personal. That thing that drew you to this practice might be very private for you, and this is a safe space without judgment. You’ll feel less vulnerable here than you would in a public class. One-on-One sessions provide a personal experience with undivided attention from a trained professional who has designed a program specifically for you. Working around your busy schedule, a one-on-one session will allow you to deepen your practice whether you’re a beginner or advanced. If you have very specific goals, private sessions can help you achieve them. If you are dealing with trauma, have an injury, chronic or terminal illness, PTSD, anxiety/depression, are struggling with an addiction or have something very specific that you would like to focus on, one-on-one sessions will prove to be extremely valuable for you. Let us provide a safe space for you to work through all of your wellness needs.
