Welcome to the Healing Trauma Through Natural Elements series. This is a 4-part guided meditation series that’s centered around healing trauma in a safe & healthy way. Each meditation in this series focuses on healing trauma by channeling earth’s natural elements.
In Part 1 of this series, we’ll be focusing on Air as a healing element. Air healing is all about silently processing your experience. It’s a moment of suspension, where you’re just trying to make sense of it all. This stage of healing is about nurturing & protecting yourself. It’s about observing your feelings freely without judgment or expectations. I call this the “floating in the air” stage of healing, hence the use of the natural element, air.
This meditation utilizes visualization & sound healing.
